The Titanium Electrolytic cell is used in the sodium hypochlorite generator, and the sodium hypochlorite solution is produced by diluting the sodium chloride solution through electrolysis without membrane. It is suitable for sodium hypochlorite generators, water treatment equipment and electrolytic disinfection equipment, and many others.

This technology requires no membrane to electrolyze low-concentration sodium chloride solution without adding chemicals. The reaction of its generation process consists of an overall reactant, electrochemical reactions at the anode and cathode, and solution reactions. It is as follows:

Overall reaction: NaCl+H2O→NaClO+H2 ↑
Anode reaction: 2Cl--2e→Cl2
Cathode reaction: 2H++2e→H2
Solution reaction: 2NaOH+Cl2→NaCl+NaClO+H2O

During the process, a small amount of hydrogen is generated. This hydrogen is quickly precipitated on the surface of the compact composite electrode and discharged with the high-speed flowing solution with the help of the designed push-type hydrogen discharge technology.

  • The electrode group coating consists of our company’s optimized nano-scale refined grain ruthenium-iridium mixed oxide coating, making it more resistant to corrosion and increasing service lifetime
  • Identification numbers are allocated to every batch of sodium chlorates respectively and are traceable. If any of the components are faulty or broken during the warranty period, free of charge replacements are allowed. Repairs and component replacement can be conducted after the warranty period ends as well
