Coating a titanium anode electrolyzer is referred to as a Mixed Metal Oxide (MMO) titanium anode or DSA (Dimensionally Stable Anode) and DSE (Dimensionally Stable Electrode). By brushing precious metals onto the titanium substrate, we are able to increase the electric catalytic activity and electrical conductivity of this anode.
Titanium anode electrolyzer is stable in size, so the electrode distances between each other never change in the process. It guarantees the electrolytic operating under the condition of the stable electrolyzer voltage.
It has the advantages of low operating voltage, low power consumption and high anti-corrosion capability & lasting working life. Compared to other anode, the DC power consumption can be reduced by 10% ~ 10%. It also overcomes graphite anode and lead anode dissolve in the electrolyte, avoiding product contamination.
Additionally, titanium anode electrolyzer has high current density, small overpotential, and high catalytic activity electrodes. It can effectively improve the efficiency of production and avoid the short circuit of the lead anode after deformation problem, and improve the current efficiency.
Furthermore, titanium anode is easy to shape, and the degree of refinement is high. The titanium substrate can be reused. And its lower overpotential features make the surface of electrodes and electrode bubbles easily excluded, which can effectively reduce the voltage in the electrolytic cell.
This product's surface is evenly coated in black and highly durable. It boasts low chlorine-evolution potential, a long service life, and high current efficiency. The DC current range is between 2000A/㎡ and 10000A/㎡. Its working temperature range is from 25℃ to 80℃. Different metal coatings are available, such as Ruthenium, Ruthenium plus Iridium, Ruthenium plus Iridium plus Tin, and Rare earth plus Ruthenium. The coating thickness can be between 2μm and 10μm depending on the amount of Ruthenium used, which ranges from 8g/㎡ to 35g/㎡. It's suitable for working in an environment of PH 0-14, in temperatures of up to 100℃, or even in seawater without being affected by corrosion.
