The Titanium Anode Electrolyzer is a key device in the sodium hypochlorite generator. It works by diluting the sodium chloride solution through electrolysis without membrane, and can be used in sodium hypochlorite generators, water treatment facilities and electrolytic sterilization equipment. This procedure does not require the addition of extra chemicals for low-concentration sodium chloride. The overall reaction is NaCl+H2O→NaClO+H2↑ with respective electrode reactions of 2Cl--2e→Cl2 on the anode side, and 2H++2e→H2 on the cathode side. In addition, a solution reaction occurs between 2NaOH and Cl2, resulting in NaClO, NaCl and H2O. During this process, small amounts of hydrogen will form. An innovative push-type hydrogen discharge technology transports hydrogen to the surface of the special composite electrode and discharges it in tandem with the high-speed solution flow.

The tank design has multiple built-in polar chambers, which helps the solution be electrolyzed more fully and disperse the influence of stray currents.
