Hypochlorous acid – the key element of sterilization


Hypochlorous Acid generator is a system which is produced by electrolysis of salt water through water purification system and is produced by a special electrolytic cell. The system produce hypochlorous acid (HCLO) with pH (3~7), redox potential (ORP value +800mv to +1100mv) and available chlorine (200~800mg/L), also produce sodium hydroxide (NaOH) with PH (10~12), redox potential(ORP value -800~900 mv).





1. For industrial/commercial use:

Principle of Geemblue system


The Geemblue system mixes, in the right concentration, a weak saline solution with water into an electrolytic cell. The cell has two electrodes an anode and a cathode which have a current passed through them, but are separated by a membrane so that the different streams of electrolyzed water are also separated.

Negatively charged ions are attracted to the anode resulting in Hypochlorous Acid (HClO) being formed as well as a weak solution of Hydrochloric Acid (HCl) which makes this stream of water slightly acidic. This is the Electrolyzed Oxidized (EO) water. Positively charged ions are attracted to the cathode resulting in a weak solution of Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH) being formed which makes this stream of water slightly alkaline. This is the Electrolyzed Reduced (ER) water.

Operation steps:
1. Connect with RO Water supply.
2. RO water Storage in RO tank and pumped to the host machine.
3. Put softened Salt into Brine Tank.
4. Stir it to become Saturated brine and feed to the host machine.
5. Final product HCLO will be kept in the product tank, at the meanwhile, by-product alkaline water will be produce.
