Product Description:

Sodium hypochlorite generator ( electro chlorinator system) is a disinfection system which convert ordinary salt (common salt) or sea water, by means of electrolysis into sodium hypochlorite (ELECTRO HYPO) . Technical Parameters:

Influent water passes through a water softener to reduce hardness and, as a result, scale buildup on electrodes and the time needed for cleaning is lengthened. The salt dissolved in the softened water forms a saturated brine solution in the tank, which is then diluted to a concentration of 2.5-3% before passing through an electrolytic cell. This is electrolyzed into a 0.8% solution of sodium hypochlorite which is then stored in a tank. The only byproduct of the process is hydrogen, which is safely released into the atmosphere. Lastly, accuracy liquid is dosed and carefully monitored for residual chlorine levels with the help of a residual chlorine analyser.
