Full Automatic Sodium Hypochlorite Generator,
Sodium Hypochlorite Generator Pickling Washing
Sodium hypochlorite generator ( electro chlorinator system) is a disinfection system which convert ordinary salt (common salt) or sea water, by means of electrolysis into sodium hypochlorite (ELECTRO HYPO) . It is always applied on-site, at the point of application. No chemicals other than ordinary salt are used throughout the process.
A PLC-based control system provides fully automatic operation of the entire process and monitors key variables to ensure reliable operation of the system. This system comes equipped with safety features such as run-inhibit during descaling processes, and tank overflow protection. These interlocks, built into the process controls, help ensure the safety of the machine and its user.
Furthermore, the control panel includes a touch-screen Human Machine Interface (HMI). This makes it easy to use for operators and provides access to the system on a user-friendly interface.
Geemblue sodium hypochlorite generator boasts their unique electrolyzer design, which both optimizes salt and power consumption, while providing access to cell components for easy maintenance. A clear acrylic casing allows for ease of inspection. Additionally, it helps minimize the potential for leaking from the end-connection cap design.
The electrolyzer is arranged horizontally for improved flow optimization. This helps increase residence time and heats transfer in each cell-pass, as well as helps minimize the size of the hydrogen bubbles which leads to better process efficiency and higher-quality hypochlorite solution.
The Geemblue sodium hypochlorite generator is ideal for retrofitting existing buildings since it can pass through a standard doorway. The floor-mounted transformer/rectifier cabinet typically is installed near the generator to keep the interconnecting power cables as short as possible.
The electrolyzer system is shipped pre-assembled and pre-wired. All that needs to be done is connecting the electricity supply, brine solution, and process water connections. The hypochlorite storage tank must be connected to the common outlet pipe for the hypochlorite and hydrogen solution. For this work we suggest using a specially trained technician.
The serviceable components have been strategically arranged as close to the surface of the skid as possible to ensure easy access for maintenance personnel. The electrolyzer is within arm's reach above the frame, and the flexible electrical and hydraulic hoses supply the electrolyzer and make connections much simpler to adjust or replace. The piping and electrical connections for the acid-cleaning system are also provided, and can be used in tandem with the generator during maintenance periods.
Chlorination is an important process used to ensure safe drinking water. It purifies water by killing potentially harmful bacteria and other organisms. This process is also used to treat food, dairy, and brewery products, as well as cooling towers, swimming pools, and spas. In addition, it is used to provide a secondary level of disinfection for industries.
Chlorination of potable water is vital for ensuring that the water is safe for consumption. Unchlorinated water can contain disease-causing microorganisms and pathogens, so it is important to use a purification process to rid the water of any germs. This process uses chlorine-based solutions to effectively eliminate any microorganisms.
Chlorination is also useful in the process of washing and cleaning food products. This method helps to protect the food from contamination by eliminating any harmful bacteria or fungi. In addition, it is used in the Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) process for breweries and dairies. This process uses chlorine-based solutions to effectively clean the machinery and equipment used in the production process.
Another option for chlorination is for cooling towers. Using chlorine-based solutions helps to prevent the growth of algae and other organisms in the system. This process also provides additional disinfection to the water before it is circulated. Furthermore, it is used to treat swimming and spa pools in order to keep them clean and free of bacteria.
Overall, chlorination is an important process for ensuring water safety and protection against the spread of harmful bacteria or microorganisms. It has many applications, including potable water treatment, food washing and processing, cooling tower biocide treatment, secondary disinfection, and swimming and spa pool disinfection. By using chlorine-based solutions, industries and consumers can prevent the spread of disease and protect against contamination.
Influent water passes through a water softener to reduce hardness and, as a result, scale buildup on electrodes and the time needed for cleaning is lengthened. The salt dissolved in the softened water forms a saturated brine solution in the tank, which is then diluted to a concentration of 2.5-3% before passing through an electrolytic cell. This is electrolyzed into a 0.8% solution of sodium hypochlorite which is then stored in a tank. The only byproduct of the process is hydrogen, which is safely released into the atmosphere. Lastly, accuracy liquid is dosed and carefully monitored for residual chlorine levels with the help of a residual chlorine analyser.
